 Verified Talked with Pat about a leaking toilet.  He came on time and tried to fix the leak but  the bolts were too rusted on a toilet that was over 25 years old.  He suggested replacing the old toilet.  He did an excellent job putting in the new unit.  He gave me some information about another problem that I was having about an outside faucet.  He said it would be too expensive to replace and I do not need it since there is another faucet outside. Highly recommend this company.

Within a minute, he walked me through the fix over the phone--problem solved. I'm so appreciative that he consistently puts customer service first and takes the time to help without immediately jumping to a service call. Truly above and beyond! Original review: I messaged Drain-EEZ Plumbing about my broken disposal on a Sunday morning, hoping they could provide a quote for the fix.  Verified When the small leak under our kitchen sink became a big problem, my handy husband was going to fix it.  Only after realizing that he would have to remove the U pipe, and do it in a small cramped space, we decided to call in a professional.  After doing some research and calling several  candidates, he happened upon Pat, at DRAIN EEZ PLUMBING. He was just what we needed. He came the next day--actually arriving early, and fixed the sink in less than 30 minutes! He also charged a quite reasonable fee. Rather than my husband spending a good part of the day going to the hardware store and then tackling the pipe removal and all that it entails, Pat was in and out, and we now have a sink that can be used without fear of leaking.
